The Digital Transformation pillar brings together two directions: digital transformation (DX) and green transformation (GX). GROW provides an EMS platform (energy management), an ERP with an ESG module, blockchain traceability, and a cloud migration programme with member-preferential pricing. The aim of the full package is to bring operating and emissions data into a single source, so the business can see its costs in real time and identify the right measures to cut; actual savings depend on each business's starting point and are confirmed only by before-and-after measurement.
Four core solution groups
Energy management system (EMS): IoT sensors plus a cloud dashboard, deployed in 6–10 weeks. Costs start from VND 180 million for a small plant. Payback is estimated per plant from your actual electricity bills and a pre-installation load survey — GROW does not quote a single payback figure that applies to every business.
ERP with an integrated ESG module: emissions are recorded the moment a transaction is logged, and GRI reports are generated automatically. Suited to businesses with 100+ employees.
Blockchain traceability: meets the requirements of CBAM, LWG and international brands. Suited to the textiles, footwear, seafood and timber sectors.
Cloud migration & cloud optimisation: move IT infrastructure to green cloud, then recalculate the Scope 2 emissions of the IT footprint using the emission factors published by the cloud provider. The reduction is estimated against your own pre-migration workload, not a blanket percentage.
A flexible deployment model
GROW does not do the work for you — we curate the best technology partners for Vietnamese SMEs, negotiate community pricing for the whole network, and coordinate deployment. The actual discount is stated in each partner's quotation to your business, alongside list price for comparison. This lets SMEs access the same technology as large enterprises, but at a cost that fits their scale.

Do small SMEs really need an EMS?
GROW uses a rule of thumb: from roughly VND 200 million a year in electricity spend, detailed metering yields enough data to surface savings worth acting on. Payback is calculated per plant after a survey — there is no single figure. Below that threshold, GROW recommends starting with simple energy management tools first.
How long does a full DX+GX package take to deploy?
Usually 10–14 months for the full package. It can be broken down by workshop or by process if a business wants to test it before scaling up.
Is the software compatible with our existing systems?
The solutions GROW selects all offer open APIs and connect to common ERP/CRM systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Bravo, Misa, Fast).
